An appointment booked via WhatsApp is strongly recommended so we can guarantee your time slot and make sure Dr. Asad is available for your specific concern. Walk-ins are accommodated where possible, but appointment holders are seen first.
Payment is made directly at the clinic, and we provide detailed receipts and documentation you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Message us on WhatsApp to ask about your specific insurance provider before your visit.
Please bring any previous medical records, lab or imaging reports (such as ultrasound or colonoscopy results), a list of current medications, and a referral letter if you have one. This helps Dr. Asad assess your case more quickly.
Yes. Many patients travel from other cities across Pakistan and from abroad, including the Pakistani diaspora, for surgical care. An online video consultation beforehand can help plan your in-person visit efficiently around your travel schedule.

We accept cash and bank transfer at the clinic. If you have questions about payment for a specific procedure, message us on WhatsApp beforehand and we'll be happy to help.
